He has also done foreclosures, condo conversions, tax liens and property development. His property experience includes rent controlled units and Section 8 tenants in NJ.
He has an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and has founded several businesses. He is a three time INC 500 winner (MicroBiz Corp - 1993, 94, 95) and also a CCIM (commercial real estate designation).
